Areas of Expertise

Kristopher Diulio co-founded Ford & Diulio to provide premium legal services completely aligned with clients’ interests. Whether you are in a global corporation, an entrepreneur chasing the American dream, or an individual injured by someone else, Mr. Diulio’s objective is the same as yours: results, efficiency, and justice.

Mr. Diulio believes that your attorney’s compensation should encourage efficiency and be directly tied to results.  This ensures that his interests are aligned with his clients. To that end, Ford & Diulio PC handles cases under a variety of fee structures, including pure contingency, hybrid, flat fee, monthly retainers, and phased billing, among others. While several firms may offer contingency fees for personal injury claims, Ford & Diulio PC is uniquely committed to alternative fees in all types of cases, including business and employment disputes.  Mr. Diulio thrives when advocating for his clients in the courtroom or the boardroom, but also greatly enjoys the role of counselor advising and educating his clients. He takes the time to learn about clients’ objectives and to provide strategic and creative legal solutions to meet those objectives.

Mr. Diulio has over a decade of experience litigating for clients ranging from the largest global corporations to sole proprietor start-ups and injured individuals.  Mr. Diulio represents individuals and entities as either plaintiffs or defendants.  Mr. Diulio’s practice focuses on injured individuals, business disputes, contract breaches, employment disputes, trade secret cases, securities and derivative litigation, merger and acquisition disputes, and whistleblower and false claims act litigation. Mr. Diulio has represented entities and individuals in all aspects of litigation, including trials and arguments before courts of appeals.  He has represented individuals and companies in many industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, health care, medical devices, home building, accounting, banking, and proprietary education.
